Terms of Service

Welcome to Mod Drone Services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Mod Drone Services offers aerial photography, videography, roof inspections, construction progress documentation, real estate media, and mapping services. All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted project cost.

• Flights may be rescheduled due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns at the sole discretion of the pilot.
  
  

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must secure any necessary property access or permissions before the scheduled flight.

• The client agrees to disclose potential hazards (e.g., trees, power lines, restricted areas) in advance.

• The client acknowledges that Mod Drone Services cannot operate in restricted airspace without prior FAA authorization.
  
  

4. Deliverables & Usage Rights

• Final deliverables (photos, videos, maps) will be provided in digital format.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mod Drone Services retains the right to use deliverables for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for personal, business, or marketing purposes.
  
  

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to confirm booking.

• Payment in full is due upon delivery of the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per week past due.
  
  

6. Liability Limitations

• Mod Drone Services is fully insured with up to $1,000,000 in liability coverage.

• The client agrees that Mod Drone Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

• Flights may be postponed or canceled due to weather, FAA restrictions, or safety concerns without liability to Mod Drone Services.
  
  

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
